Para poder instalar a função Switch, veja aqui este forum da Microsoft (em inglês)...pode ser que ajude...

"The best people that would be able to help you would be the people who developed the software. You could try clean booting your machine and reset all your browser settings to defaults and see if that will fix the issue.

Let's try clean booting the system to remove 3rd party software and see if that clears up the problem.

Follow the steps below to place your computer in “clean boot”

· Click the Start orb on your Desktop

· Type msconfigin the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

· On the General tab, clickSelective Startup.

· Under Selective Startup, click toclear the Load Startup Items check box.

· Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and thenclick Disable All.

· Click OK.

When you are prompted, click Restart. Now reset your IE setting s to default.

Reset Internet Explorer Settings to Defaults

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click on Tools

3. Click Internet Options

4. Click the Advanced tab

5. Locate the Reset Internet Explorer Settings heading

6. Click the Reset button

7. Click Ok

8. Restart Internet Explorer"

Experimente fazer uma análise do portátil com o My-Config para ver os drivers instalados e ver se existe uma actualização para a câmera...

A Sony não disponibiliza para download o software da câmera, por causa dos direitos de autor, uma vez que não lhe pertence, mas sim à Arcsoft...

Pode no entanto instalar um outro aplicativo...
